Das Museum wurde im Sommer 2016 eröffnet. Es widmet sich der Geschichte der Oppelner Festivals sowie dem polnischen Gesang vom frühen zwanzigsten Jahrhundert bis zur Neuzeit.

Museum was opened in Summer of 2016. It is devoted to history of Opole’s festivals and also Polish song since early years of the twentieth century to modern times.
